The Office of Program Integrity consists of four divisions: DDS Quality Assurance, Internal Audit, OSDP Quality Assurance, and Program Evaluation. Program Integrity completes routine audits of all programs within MDRS and responds to audit requests of the Executive Director. Audits include reviews of internal policies and procedures, financial transactions, compliance with state and federal regulations, cooperation with routine external audits, and other special projects. The goal of the audits conducted by the Office of Program Integrity is to produce objective, informative reports, ongoing feedback, and recommendations which are intended to be utilized as internal resources for all divisions within MDRS.
