"Mississippians Moving Forward and Falling Less"
Don’t Fall Y’all is a fall prevention initiative from the TBI/SCI Trust Fund Program within MDRS. Using an innovative tool, ZIBRIO Stability Scale, the Trust Fund can help clients measure their balance and understand their personal fall risk. The goal is simple—empower individuals with the knowledge and resources they need to stay steady, safe, and independent.
What is the ZIBRIO Stability Scale?
The ZIBRIO Stability Scale is a smart tool designed to measure balance and identify fall risk in just seconds. By standing on the scale, individuals receive a personalized stability score that reflects how steady they are and how likely they may be to experience a fall. This simple, science-based measurement helps people understand their balance health and take steps toward improving safety, mobility, and confidence in daily life.

How does the ZIBRIO Stability Scale work?
The ZIBRIO Stability Scale is intended to measure balance in adults age 18 and up who can stand for 60 seconds without assistance. The Stability Scale is intended to be used to gather objective information about an individual’s balance, or postural stability. This information should not be used by itself to diagnose any medical condition or disease.
